Integrate your customer support platform to use help center documents to improve alby responses.
Note: Only published articles in your knowledge base will be uploaded.
- Go to Integrations tab in alby's Admin
- Select your customer support platform and click Connect
- Enter in your platform's subdomain or url and follow directions to authenticate
- Your customer support platform is now connected - you can see connected documents under the Documents tab on Admin

Find your Gorgias URL- visit Gorgias Settings > Help Center > Copy & Paste
Update Documents
Alby automatically updates documents on the 1st of every month. You can also manually sync anytime by selecting "Sync" in the Integrations section.
