Knowledge Base Integration - Zendesk, Gorgias, Hubspot

Integrate your customer support platform to use help center documents to improve alby responses.

Note: Only published articles in your knowledge base will be uploaded.

  1. Go to Integrations tab in alby's Admin
  2. Select your customer support platform and click Connect
  3. Enter in your platform's subdomain or url and follow directions to authenticate
  4. Your customer support platform is now connected - you can see connected documents under the Documents tab on Admin

Find your Gorgias URL- visit Gorgias Settings > Help Center > Copy & Paste

Update Documents

Alby automatically updates documents on the 1st of every month. You can also manually sync anytime by selecting "Sync" in the Integrations section.
