      Create Verified Q&As

      Create Verified Q&As to tell alby how to respond to certain questions.

      Integrations: Learn how to integrate with your Community Q&A platform (e.g., PowerReviews, Bazaarvoice, Yotpo) to automatically generated Verified Q&As. 

      Help Verified Q&A

      1. Go to Verified Q&A tab in alby's Admin 
      2. Hit + New Verified Q&A button 
      3. Create Verified Q&A 
        1. Selecting All Products applies the rule to questions asked across your product catalog
        2. Select Specific Products limits "Verified answer" to selected products
        3. Fill out Verified Q&A guidelines. Alby will respond to similar questions with the exact response you give.
      4. Hit Create

        Verified Q&As Rules
      When a customer says something like  Is this dining set suitable for the outdoors?  Can I return this? 
      Reply with "Yes, the dining set is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use." Answer the question and then  share the return policy link [insert link]

      Examples Verified Q&As

      When a customer says something like: How many wheels does it come with?

      Reply with this response: These come as a set of 4 wheels.

       

      When a customer says something like: What's the inside material?

      Reply with this response: Yes, the inside is a fleece like material. It looks very warm and cozy!
