Count of products purchased within 30 days after a customer discussed or received a recommendation for that product from alby.

Attributed Orders

Count of unique orders that include at least one product assisted by alby.

Attributed Revenue

Revenue from orders where alby assisted with at least one product purchased.

Freeform questions vs Generative

Percentage of customers asking pre-generated questions instead of typing freeform questions

Global Guideline

Brand-level instruction written to maintain alignment with preferred tone, style, and policies.

Percent of clicks leading to conversion

Percentage of customers who convert after clicking on an alby question out of number of customers who click on an alby question
