The Shopify MCP integration helps connect your storefront to alby, allowing your agent to take actions on behalf of the customers. Through the integration, alby can search your product catalog, manage carts and reference policy documents or FAQs on your site.
Using this integration, you can save time on fine-tuning your alby agent and rely more on your Shopify features and catalog.
Enable Shopify actions
To enable the Shopify MCP actions, navigate to
Agents > Actions. If you’ve integrated with Shopify already, a list of actions appears with the Shopify logo next to them.
Enable any that you want your agent to use when helping customers shop for products.
