You can now create alby Playbooks, which helps you provide specific guidance to your alby AI Agent on how to handle different customer scenarios, such as helping them shop for the right item or recommending top selling items.
You can also now have multiple alby Agents for different situations.

Customization
For PDP widget customization, the name of cursor behavior in the chat window has been updated from Hover to Focus.

Inbox
You can filter your Inbox by thumbs-up or thumbs-down customer responses to view threads that customers liked or disliked.
