You can now create alby Playbooks, which helps you provide specific guidance to your alby AI Agent on how to handle different customer scenarios, such as helping them shop for the right item or recommending top selling items.

You can also now have multiple alby Agents for different situations.

alby now supports Stamped integrations for reviews.

Customization

For PDP widget customization, the name of cursor behavior in the chat window has been updated from Hover to Focus.

Analytics

The Analytics dashboard has additional statistics, such as Click Rate. 

Inbox

You can filter your Inbox by thumbs-up or thumbs-down customer responses to view threads that customers liked or disliked.

Other feature releases

The settings page has been updated to display your SFTP username and any SSH keys.
