Agents

The integration with Shopify MCP is now live, enabling connections between your storefront and alby. Your AI agent can now search products, manage customer carts, and reference store policies directly from Shopify, reducing the need for extensive fine-tuning and manual configuration. This integration is only available for brands using Shopify. 

Experiences

• Many alby Actions are now enabled by default at the agent level, meaning their a core part of every response to customers and can’t be turned off.
• Customers can select multiple items from alby's recommendation carousel and instantly view a detailed table via the Comparison Action with key differences, helping them make confident purchase decisions without leaving the conversation. When creating widgets, the Customize tab has been updated to allow for carousel customization.
